If you are not satisfied with your purchase or it is damaged, please return it to us in original condition within 45 days. We will gladly issue a refund.

Dissatisfied Item(s) Return:
In order to initiate a return because you are dissatisfied, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your name, the reason you are dissatisfied, the email address associated with the purchase, and the order number, if possible.
Damaged Item(s) Return:
Sometimes items have glitches and we’re sorry that you had this experience with your purchase. We are happy to refund the item less return shipping so we can make it right!
In order to initiate a return for a damaged item(s) please send an email to email@example.com and provide your name, the type of damage, a picture of the issue, email address associated with the purchase, and the order number. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number for the defective item. We reserve the right to deny refunds for products returned in used or abused condition. If you have laundered the item we cannot accept its return.
You will receive your refund back to the original form of payment. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 15 days. It may take 1 to 2 billing cycles for your bank to post the credit (depending on your bank’s policy).
