Return Policy

At TRIODREAM we always take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to customer satisfaction!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or it is damaged, please return it to us in original condition within 45 days. We will gladly issue a refund.

Please note the following provisions:

• Item(s) must be returned within 45 days of sale.
• Item(s) must be in original packaging and condition with labels attached. Laundered items cannot be returned.
• Returns are refunded to the original payment method.
• Exchanges cannot be made. We invite you to return any unwanted item(s) and make a new purchase.
• Original expedited shipping fees, handling fees, and taxes are not refundable and will be deducted from the customer return

Dissatisfied Item(s) Return:

In order to initiate a return because you are dissatisfied, please send an email to sales@triodream.com and provide your name, the reason you are dissatisfied, the email address associated with the purchase, and the order number, if possible.

Damaged Item(s) Return:

Sometimes items have glitches and we’re sorry that you had this experience with your purchase. We are happy to refund the item less return shipping so we can make it right!

In order to initiate a return for a damaged item(s) please send an email to sales@triodream.com and provide your name, the type of damage, a picture of the issue, email address associated with the purchase, and the order number. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number for the defective item. We reserve the right to deny refunds for products returned in used or abused condition. If you have laundered the item we cannot accept its return.

You will receive your refund back to the original form of payment. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 15 days. It may take 1 to 2 billing cycles for your bank to post the credit (depending on your bank’s policy).
