Every TRIODREAM handbag is unique as they are hand-weaved by women with love. They are made from Abaca fibers with a timeless and practical design to last.
We have 2 colors for our handbags: Bamboo/Natural Sand. We sometimes show a variety of those 2 colors on different pages of the website. To be sure you order the one you want to, please visit our handbag shop page.
All TRIODREAM handbags are handwoven and not made by machines, so there may be some slight variations in size.
The TRIODREAM handbags are produced in Costa Rica and the Philippines at the moment.
Ordering online at triodream.com is as easy as 1, 2, 3! Once you select an item, add it to your shopping cart. You will be able to view your order at the top of the page. If you decide to remove an item, please click the remove button from the cart and your order will automatically update. If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@triodream.com. A customer service representative will be available to assist you 24 hours a day.
After you have placed an order online and received your order confirmation number, you will not be able to make changes on our website. To change or cancel an order prior to shipment, please contact customer service at sales@triodream.com. Please be advised that orders are processed quickly and we are unable to change or cancel your order once it is in the shipping phase. Please see our return policy for options after your order has been shipped. (***We also reserve the right to change or cancel any order we deem necessary whether that be a price issue or some other issue that may arise.)

We accept all major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Amazon Payments. Please contact us if you have questions on our payment policy.
According to payment providers policy, all credit cards must be charged within 7 days after placing an order, including custom orders that take longer to ship. PayPal is charged the same day. Please contact us if you have questions on our payment policy.

We currently ship to all 50 states and Canada.
Please note that we DO NOT ship internationally at this moment.
We aim to process your order within 24 hours (Monday - Friday). Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.
Due to Covid shipping times are not guaranteed and are general guidelines. We attempt to ship all orders in 48 hours from receipt Monday - Friday of non Holiday weeks. We do not ship on Holidays or weekends.
TRIODREAM offers:
• Priority Shipping (2-3 business days) to get you exactly what you need, exactly when you want it. The shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.
Please also note that a surcharge is applied to orders that are shipped to APO & FPO addresses, as well as orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii. You may experience a few extra days in shipping timelines.
We send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships, so you can track your order anytime, anywhere.

No. The invoice is not included in the package. The only copy of the invoice is from the order confirmation email. If you are sending the order directly to a gift recipient, rest assured that none of the pricing information is included in the package.
When your order is shipped, only a packing slip will be included. The packing slip can be used as a Gift Receipt. It does not contain any pricing information. It will contain all the necessary information your gift recipient will need to make an exchange or return.
Our slippers are individually packaged in clear polybags. We do not offer any other gift boxes or wrapping services at this time online. For custom order please contact us at sales@triodream.com.
